Rocky’s condos are set in tropical surroundings near the downtown Sosüa area, close to beaches and shopping, but far enough away from the downtown core to be nice and quiet. The units are all freshly renovated 1 bedroom condos with 1 bathroom, living room/kitchen combo, with TV and cable, Daily Maid Service, AC, Wifi, Security Box (Safe), Overhead Fans, Microwave Ovens, Swimming Pool, 24 Hour Electricity, Laundry Facilities, Great Security, Free Parking, Private Entrance and Private Balcony.

 

Sosúa has more activities and beaches in the immediate vicinity than any other town in the country. It is situated 10 minutes from the POP airport and is within 10 minutes of 5 different beaches, scuba diving, snorkeling, windsurfing, kite surfing, regular surfing, jet skiing, deep sea fishing, horseback riding, caves, water slide park, hiking, mountain biking or just lazing around with a good book.

Low Season is May 1st to October 31st

Pricing starts at $275 US per week when booking 2 weeks at a time with additional nights at $50.

$300 US per week for one week stays with additional nights $55.

$250 US per week for stays of 4 weeks or more with additional nights at $45.

There is a $35 per week cleaning fee on all weekly and monthly stays.

Above prices include all taxes and POP airport pick up.

DAILY RATE: $65 US per night (less than one week)
